Curbside delivery is built into purchase price. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to some remote locations in Canada, for more details please review our "Shipping and Rates” page. This service does not include assembly, set up or removal of material packaging. We will provide delivery of items to the curb at the end of your driveway. Items will be unloaded by the delivery driver and left on the driveway or an accessible location outside your home. In the event of an unsuccessful first delivery, our shipping partner will phone you to arrange a new delivery date. Please be sure to inspect your items upon delivery, should there be evidence of any damages, make note of them on the delivery receipt. Should you wish to refuse delivery due to damages inscribe "refused due to damages” on the delivery receipt. Orders will be delivered between 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. A signature is required for all deliveries and a driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed receipt.
