These Le Parfait Sealing Caps are specially designed to fit the Familia Wiss Terrines and Screw Top Jars in combination with the Screw Lids to create a two-piece airtight seal for your food preserves. Made from tin-plated steel, these sealing caps are BPA-Free and have been used worldwide for nearly a century for long-term food preservation and storage. They can be sterilized and placed onto the glass rims of the Familia Wiss Terrines for single-use water-bath or pressure canning processing. Please see the attached replacement sizing chart to determine the size needed for your jars and remember to replace them with a new sealing cap to ensure a perfect vacuum seal before each canning event.
