PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

If you find a current lower, advertised price at a retailer for any eligible item that Hudson's Bay/The Bay has in-stock, we'll gladly match their price, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions below. If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please contact us and we will be happy to review your request.

How to Request a Price Match:

  • To request a price match, visit a store associate, email us, use our chat function, or call our Customer Service department (1-800-521-2364), and provide proof of advertised price (e.g. retailer's website, flyer, mailer etc) so the Customer Service agent or store associate can verify eligibility and pricing.
  • If you have already purchased the item from us and find it at another retailer, simply visit a store associate, call, chat or email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will gladly adjust the price.

Terms & Conditions

  • The item as advertised by the retailer must be identical to the Hudson's Bay/The Bay item and available for sale and in stock at Hudson's Bay/The Bay
  • The retailer's offer must be valid / non-expired
  • The item must be quoted in Canadian dollars and include shipping fees, taxes and duties
  • The price match guarantee is not available to Hudson's Bay/The Bay employees
  • Hudson's Bay/The Bay reserves the right to determine, in its discretion, whether the offer satisfies the Terms & Conditions or is an "Exclusion"
  • The item must not fall within the exclusions below
  • Hudson's Bay/The Bay price match program may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice

Exclusions - We will not price match the following items:

  • Items from wholesale, discount, liquidation, pre-loved or clearance stores or websites
  • Marketplace items sold through Hudson's Bay/The Bay or a third party retailer
  • Items at Hudson's Bay/The Bay which are on clearance or part of close-outs or liquidations
  • Items sold at retailers that charge membership fees
  • Offers where the retailer price is lower due to an advertising error or misprint
  • Fine jewellery
  • Black Friday prices, Cyber Monday prices, Boxing Day prices (price matching only valid on the day of the offer and cannot be price matched any day thereafter)
  • Store or company-wide promotions
  • Items which are discounted due to a promotion code applied at checkout
  • Variable discount promotions such as scratch and save and buy more save more events
  • Sales that are not available to the general public (e.g. targeted sales, seniors discounts)
  • Manufacturer rebates, coupons, or premiums
  • Free or bonus offers
  • Discounts obtained through redemption of gift certificates, gift cards, or other customer loyalty programs
  • Financing offers; mail order offers
  • Items where duties or customs fees are not included in the retailer's final price at checkout
  • Used, damaged, refurbished, open box, pre-loved or display items
  • Prices offered by retailers that are only available when purchased with a proprietary form of payment
